We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join an innovative team in supporting an award winning solution. We offer:

We expect:
  • A self starter
  • Exceptional communication skills written and verbal
  • A positive can do attitude demonstrating punctual, responsible judgments.
  • Proven abilities with Website design or CMS - WordPress, Joomla, Drupal
  • Must have quiet closed door room, high speed internet, current desktop or laptop with current OS.
We require you to:
  • Respond to customer requests
  • Troubleshoot configurations
  • Configure trial accounts

Weekdays and  some Weekends - looking for  flextime day time 4 - 6 hour shifts [25-30+ hours week].
